                  The agreement stop the war between in period of king “Maha Parakkramabaho” as a controller in south area and the king “Gajaba” who was the control Polonnaruwa area and  the inscription of including that agreement is in “Sangamuwa Rajamaha Viharaya”.

 

                 This “Sangamuwa Rajamaha Viharaya” is situated in Kurunagala district Ibbagamuwa divisional secretary area in Maddakaitya village. This temple is famous in Sri Lanka because of that inscription was engraved in here. Search the ruins in this temple was belonging to first period of Anuradhapuraya. And also there is a letter written by brahmi character and there are stone tower for use build a building. According to historical source this temple also known as “Kalawela Viharaya”. According to legend this place use for education center and monk named “Maliyadewa” who was lived in here.

 

                 According to literature of the chronicles this “Sangamuwa Viharaya” was built the king “Kanishtatissa” in Anuradhapura in primus. Later  this built province king “Raja” and the king “Maha Parakkramabaho”. In this temple there is a crypt temple. Without this thing there is a caion. But this crypt and the caion was grasp by thieves. So later it also repair. The copy of the famous letter “Sangamuwa Vihara” is in the Maderigiriya . This letter said the king “Maha Parakkramabaho” and king “Gajaba” who was get together and recover the agreement of peace. The Buddhist monk was conciliation for this.
